A Social Thinking program for children aged between 4-7 who require a little extra help learning how to communicate with others. This group teaches important social communication skills such as understanding thoughts and feelings, eye contact, playing with others and a group plan, perspective taking and flexible thinking. Each week a new skill and theme is introduced in a fun and entertaining way.

Superflex is here to the rescue! With his superhero social thinking powers, he helps children strengthen their social and emotional awareness and overcome social challenges. Through engaging stories and fun activities, this 9-week program aims to support your young superhero in developing social thinking, behavioural self-awareness, and self-regulation skills in a small group setting.

SAS is a popular small group program that helps children 8-12 years of age crack the code of emotions and friendships. Your secret agent will learn how to better recognise emotions, express feelings, talk and play with others, solve friendship problems and cope with change and bullying.

At the end of this 6-week course, you will have life-long skills in mindfulness that allow you to instantly decrease stress and create space, purpose and calmness in your busy world. Practicing mindfulness is not a relaxation exercise, it’s about developing a valuable, in-the-moment awareness of ourselves and the world around us that lessen the negative impact of stressful challenges in our everyday life.

This group is a behavioural skills program based on principles of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). This 18+ adult group helps you learn the role of calming and changing unwanted emotions, tolerate distress, have more control and attention over your thoughts, skills for being assertive and improving relationships.
