Kiera is a registered psychologist and educational and developmental registrar originally from New Zealand, now based on the Sunshine Coast.

Kiera has extensive experience working with young people and emerging adults across both clinical and educational settings. She adopts a collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside clients to explore and identify pathways that support their unique journey forward.

Kiera integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice, guiding clients to explore their challenges with curiosity and compassion. She helps them develop creative solutions that align with their personal values and aspirations.

Kiera has a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse individuals. At Massey University, New Zealand, she co-created and led the university's first client-facing neurodiversity support group. Her approach is grounded in understanding and valuing each client’s experiences, empowering them to embrace their strengths and aspirations confidently.

Kiera seeks to understand each client's vision of health, success, joy, challenge, and connection. She believes that the "best" way to live is individual and deeply rooted in what is most meaningful to each person. Kiera works alongside clients to support them in living a fulfilling life in line with their personal beliefs and goals.
